GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SEASONAL RENTAL

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS


The tenant may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises after the expiry of the period initially provided for in this contract.


2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

Your reservation becomes effective upon acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale in this contract or quote. Your bank details are used as a guarantee. The total amount of your stay will be paid online upon your reservation, after a joint inventory has been drawn up. The rental concluded between the parties to this deed may not under any circumstances benefit, even partially, third parties, whether natural or legal persons, except with the written agreement of the agent.

Any breach of this last paragraph may result in immediate termination of the rental.

3. NO WITHDRAWAL

For reservations made by mail, telephone or internet, the tenant does not benefit from the withdrawal period in accordance with article L.121-20-4 of the consumer code relating to

4. CONDITIONS OF TERMINATION BY THE TENANT


No cancellation possible. However, the date can be changed.


5. CONDITIONS OF TERMINATION BY THE OWNER

The owner shall reimburse the tenant for all sums paid, as well as compensation at least equal to that which the tenant would have paid if the cancellation had been made by him on that date.


6. ARRIVAL AND PAYMENT OF THE STAY

The tenant must arrive on the day and at the time specified in this contract. In the event of

7. INVENTORY AND CONDITION REPORT

The inventory of the premises and the inventory of the furniture and various equipment are carried out jointly at

beginning and end of the stay by the owner and bear the signature of both parties. The state of cleanliness

of the rental upon the arrival of the tenant must be noted in the inventory of fixtures. The cleaning of the premises

8. SECURITY DEPOSIT OR GUARANTEE

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €300 is requested by the owner. It is returned by the

owner within a period not exceeding one week, after the joint inventory of fixtures on exit or

in the event of early departure (before the time mentioned on the description sheet) preventing

the establishment of the premises on the same day as the tenant's departure, less, if necessary, the cost of

restoration of the premises and the cost of replacing the elements and equipment made available if

damage was noted.

9. USE OF THE PREMISES

The tenant uses the rental property in a peaceful manner and makes good use of it, in accordance with the intended purpose

of the premises. Upon departure, the tenant undertakes to return the accommodation as clean as he found it when he left

arrival. The rental cannot under any circumstances benefit third parties. The agent must provide the accommodation

conform to the description he made of it and maintain it in working order. The animals are not

accepted within the rental. The rental is a non-smoking area.

10. NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS

The number of occupants cannot exceed the capacity indicated on the contract. If the

number of occupants exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse people

additional. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the customer.

11. INSURANCE

The tenant is required to insure the premises entrusted to him or rented. He must therefore check whether his contract

main residence provides for the holiday extension (vacation rental). Otherwise,

it is advisable that he inquire with his insurer. The owner may require a certificate

insurance or, failing that, a sworn statement.

12. DISPUTES OR CLAIMS

If the complaint relates to the inventory or the descriptive condition of the rental, it must be made, by

written, within seven days of arrival. The owner and the tenant must facilitate the settlement

amicable. For other disputes, the tenant may refer the matter, without any time limit, to an organization

representative.
